The grace and peace of the Lord Jesus be with all of you. A most wonderful lady has entered the full and glorious presence of our God and has been reuinted with your Dad, a most wonderful man. Our family has been blessed to have them as friends and co-laborers on the mission field. Their ministry simply imparted God's love to hurting people! How they were loved! Their They both had hearts deeply rooted in servant love. What a wonderful example for all who have known them. On our trips to the Philippines, when Aaron, Becky, and Sarah were very small, your mom generously offered (actually insisted!) to stay back at times and care for them so that I (Patti) could join the group in barrio ministry--what a gracious woman! Her smile, joy, gentleness, wisdom, integrity, selflessness--her love--added so much to our lives and are a rich inheritance for all your family. We treasure every precious memory of being privileged to work side-by-side with them. May the peace of Christ and the joy that comes from knowing you will see her again fill your hearts and minds. How blessed your family is to have had such precious parents! We wish we could be with you to celebrate her life. We still have it today--it seems to replenish itself!--we have used it so many times. Each time we do, our thoughts immediately go to your Mom and Dad and how they so wonderfully enriched our lives.
