I was stunned to hear about the passing of Mr Backert! Please accept my deepest sympathy at this very difficult time. I know it will be very strange not to have him around. I am thankful that he loved Derek in his own way, as Derek loved him too. I know he is sitting in the palm of God's hands, watching over all of the family. With all my love, peace...Michele
