Laurel was a wonderful woman who had a tremendous and positive impact on my life as a teenager. I have always loved her! My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time. I know that Laurel is free from all her pain and suffering and she has been welcomed home to the arms of her living Heavenly Father. May He bless those who miss her with peace and comfort.

I was so sorry to read about Laurel's passing, but I am so glad she is free from such pain. I'm sending prayers to all of you. I have such wonderful memories of Laurel, singing together, working together, laughing together. She always inspired me with her zest for life, her sparkling eyes, her humor, her creativity, and her amazing cooking. She always had a generous, warm heart. It was an honor to know her. May you all be comforted and blessed. Katie Hill

Dear Buster: I would like you to know how much I loved and admired Laurel. She was such a sweet and kind hearted person to me as a friend at Bountiful High School Class of '61. She has been on my mind quite frequently lately and I have missed her. Thank you for letting us know of her passing. AFA Sylvia Rodgers Andersson

I miss you already. So many wonderful memories. Can't get much closer than across the street & in a high school quartet together. Laurel stood up in our Accapella class when they were voting for new officers in our Senior year. I'd always been the (abused secretary since forever). She said that she couldn't imagine anyone else at the desk (being abused of course by Mr. Keddington & classmates), & suggested that there be no vote for my position, that I be reinstated by proxy. Y'all may not no this, but it was so hard to hang onto those tears in back of my eyes & in my heart. One of the sweetest memories ever; & yes, another year of total, blissful abuse. You were a loving and beloved friend. I'm happy you are now home & whole and happy again. God bless!
