I am so sorry and so sad to hear of George's passing. Searching for the right words, I can only say that I am so sorry to Jean and family. The times I had the pleasure of seeing George he was always smiling, always friendly and gracious. My deepest and sincerest condolences. I'll miss seeing him on his tractor as I pass on Sturgeon Point Road on those sunny days.

Jeanne, there is no way words will make you feel better, but grateful to hear them. I picture Ray and him talking about the stocking of the pond for the annual Project Healing Waters outing. I know everyone who knew the two of you are heartbroken as well. God Bless all he did for Ray and the Vet's. God will take care of him and your friends and family will hold you close to their hearts.

George and I grew up together. He lived on the second floor of the house my parents owned on LaForce place in Buffalo. We did alot of thiongs together as kids.As we grwe older and i moved to Chicago we didn't see each other much. When i csame to Buffslo I would stop at his house or sechedule a lunch jusrt to say hi. Whrn he got that hugh snow storm this winter I called to see if there was anything I could do to help.Although we were far apart I have a specisal feeling for him. Because of last minute flight problems and the recent fire at my company building I csn't be there to say good bye. Know that I am there in my heart.
